The original challenge was simple.
"Help us react quicker to fires on the machine."
That request came from the factory floor, not a lab and not a marketing brief. It's where Fire-Camera began.
Fires Rarely Start With Fire
We set out to detect fires faster. But solving that problem showed us something more valuable: by the time there's a fire, several things have already gone wrong.
Preventing escalation is far more valuable than simply detecting a fire. So the system evolved from fire detection into incident prevention.
We also saw a gap that kept repeating across the industry: increasingly expensive, high-tech equipment protected by outdated safety protocols. Fire-Camera was built to close it, and to give the plant a record of every incident it can learn from.
Where generic camera monitoring fails
A camera that works in a clean demo is not the same as a system that works above a forming machine: locally, reliably, every shift.
Your plant. Your data. Your insight.
Incidents and operational information belong to the plant. We provide the tools to use that data, but we don't take ownership of it. Everything is processed on-site, with no dependence on the internet to detect or respond.
Safety First.
Efficiency Second.
The operational improvements our customers see (fewer stoppages, better consistency, smarter maintenance) are a consequence of controlling incidents more effectively. Get the safety right, and efficiency follows.
